SINGERLANDS -- Anne Charlotte Porter, 58, a beloved resident with Residential Opportunities in Singerlands, died Sunday at her residnece, of natural causes. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Jermain and Ellen Leader Porter. She had attended R.O.I. Smith Center from 1996 to present and previously attended Mapleridge day program.
