Vic: Jury to be chosen in trial of dad accused of murdering sons

MELBOURNE, Aug 20 AAP - A jury is expected to be chosen today for the murder trial
of a Victorian father accused of killing his three sons by driving them into a dam.

Robert Farquharson, 38, will stand trial for the murders of Jai, 10, Tyler, seven,
and Bailey, two, who drowned in a dam near Winchelsea, south-west of Melbourne, on the
way home from a Father's Day outing in Geelong in 2005.

The trial is due to start tomorrow and will be presided over by Justice Philip Cummins.
